Rachel smiled. "Sure, where to?" But then she paused and thought about his question. "I'd like to think it was destiny..." She told him as she stood slowly. She grabbed her jacket and put it on as se waited for Uli.
Truth is, Rachel didn't have a clue why thye met or why she ran into Uli at the field or anything. It just happened. She hoped that it was destiny, but only the gods know.
rachel put that thought out of her mind. She did like to think it was destiny. "So, where to?" She asked him as he stood up with her and they together walked towards the front exit/ enterance of the building.

Uli strode along side Rachel, calm and relaxed. He thought about the places they could go now that dinner was done. He smiled and grabbed her hand and ran. He gave a big grin as he ran and turned to look at her, abandoning his car in the parking lot, he would be back to get it tomarrow or the next day, sometime soon anyway.
Let's go cliff diving!
He grinned and hurried along an old beaten trail into the woods. He didn't fear darkness at all, he embraced it, more then he did so life. Rachel though, she was over all of that, she was his one pride in life, he had never loved, until now. With her he felt as if the world could blow away, and he wouldn't care. The mountains could tumble down, and he wouldn't care, as long as she stood by him he was relaxed and blissful..
Still he raced on, he found the edge of the cliff and smiled at her. He waited to see what she would do before he let the heat completly take over his body. He almost glared as he waited, his nerves making him tremble with heat, not frustration but pure feverish heat. His body felt cold, like ice but he knew he must had been over 115 degrees by now, any second he would fall onto all fours. Wings beating on his back...

Rachel looked at Uli as he grabbed her hand and started running. Rachel felt the adreniline within her and then she grabbed Uli's hand and then said swiftly, "I have an idea!" Then she grabbed his hand again and jumped off the cliffs, ready to shift.
Rachel umped through the air with Uli. She turned her head so that she could look at Uli. It was a really tall cliff, so She had time to outh the words 'I love you' to him before hitting the water.
They were falling through the air towards the water at a fast pace, but they were just now half way there.
Rachel took both of his hands and got in front of him and spread as far as her arms would let her go.
She looked at Uli and smiled. The wind wiped through her hair causing it to be messy and tangled, but she could deal with that later.
They were almost to the water when Rachel let go of Uli by pushing him one way and her the other way. Uli was still falling with his face towards the water. She turned so that she was head first going into the water. If Uli started to fall awkward she could shift in a matter of seconds and swoop him up.

Uli smiled, he had gotten use to the cliff. He closed his eyes and angled himself so he was head first. He could feel the winds running through his hair and he shouted. He loved the feeling of falling.
His body crashed into the surface of the water, he felt himself shoot like a bullet through the water and he kicked off the bottom. He broke the surface and laughed as he tread water at the surface.
Whoo! Gotta love the rush.
He smiled and took a deep breathe and let the waves have him, he floated flat on his back drifting further torwards the shore, undertows couldn't take him, he could be an olympic swimmer if he wanted to. The damn blood test would ruin that for him, they would find natural steriods in his system, ones he didn't have to shoot into himself, but the kind that he was born with and arrest him. It sucked when he was a kid it was his dream, his power had killed that for him. He dropped it.
He watched the clouds form above him, rain poured from the clouds and he felt himself be pounded with heavy drops of rain. He sighed and swam to shore. He shook himself out and then looked around for Rachel

Rachel hit the surface and landed on the ocean's floor Rachel felt the rush and smiled. She loved cliff diving. Rachel closed her eyes as she started to run out of breath, but then she felt a rumble. It was like a ground rumble. Like an eathquake. Rachel lookde out into the deeper end of the ocean. She saw something. It looked like a whil pool, but wasn't sure. Rachel knew what it was as soon as it started to get closer. Itw as the forming of a hurricane.
Most people think that hurricanes form over land, some think water, and then some think that its land and water. Truth is, the REAL hurricanes formed in the water, then they went up to the sky and over land and so on, so forth.
Rachel swam as fast as she could underwater. The currents were strong and pulled her against her will, But she resurfaced and gasped for breath. She was down there about three minutes. She didn't even feel her shifter powers kick in. That's when she noticed she wasn't wearing her necklace. SHe must have lost it when tehy were falling.
But then she saw it. It was on the beach. She saw it glint in her eye.
Uli was only a few feet away from it. She swam back to the shore, but was still a couple meters out as the current started to get stronger.
