He felt like he was in middle school once more, facing a girl as she spoke slowly, careful to hook him in, but not letting too much go. Well, fuck it, would it hurt to listen? Yes, actually, it probably would end up hurting. But it considered him. Hirsch glared at Katelyn, remaining where he was, “Carry on, beast,” he snarled, pulling the other knife into clear view. Not for a fear effect. No, he simply began to toy with it, keeping his eyes on Katelyn as he did so, looking at the tiger every now and then.
Most of the conversation he had with Maria, Hirsch could not recall. Things like that he tried to block out. Pointless conversations. The male absently held the knife with one hand and ran a hand through his hair, always a sign of thought for Hirsch.

Katelyn smiled and chuckled evil like. "Thinking about something, are we?" She asked him. "Well, if you would like to know, the price always comes with knowing the future. It has its toll. Are you sure you would like to know, Hirsch?" She asked using his name for the first time.
Katelyn had her glasses on still, but took them off. She blew a bubble with her gum and folded her sunglasses up. She snapped and they diasppeared. They left two eyes in their dissappearence. Two eyes that could drill anyone down from where they stand. They were bright silver eyes. No one else had eyes like her on the planet. They were bright, decieving and knowledgable.
They were cold. The stare of a serpent.Hisssss

Hirsch frowned as she used his name and he was about to reply when she removed her glasses. He met her gaze, not petrified, not fearful of it. They were simply eyes. “You seem quite eager to tell me anyway, so why not just get it over with?” he motioned towards Lily with one hand, half of his mouth raised in a light sneer, “The more time you waste, the less chance of survival she has. If she isn’t dead already,” Hirsch added as an afterthought before returning his gaze to Katelyn.
The male returned to toying with the knife, running the blade over his finger tips, never sharp enough for it to cut him. When he left, Hirsch would have to find something to doctor his own wounds with. They would not be deadly, of course, unless he allowed infection to set in; Hirsch didn’t fancy the idea of having an infection in both of his shoulders, slowly killing him unless he removed his arms or something crazy like that. He'd also have to find someplace to stay...perhaps another hotel? Someone's house? Disabling an alarm system was too annoying, so someplace in the poorer part of town.

"Well, that is my desiscion on whetheer to tell you or not, now isn't it?" Katelyn asked him holding a grin on her face. KAtelyn closed her eyes for a minute, concentrating on his future. Everything seemed to become darker, even the lights flickered a bit. "She is going to kill someone you hold dearly to you. She is going to hurt you like no one has ever hurt you before. You will suffer." She told him.
The lights flickered back on and she opened her eyes again. "If you don't believe me, come touch my hand. I can show you." She told him, wearing a solemn look on her face. She showed no emotion unless it was required. But she was serious. She could show him his future. The lights flickered again like they wanted to go out.
Evil was near. Katelyn looked up. She felt static electricity building up. "He's here." She stated, finally, fear showing on her face. Not only fear, but a mix of rage, fear, and wanted revenge coated her face.

The lights began to flicker as she closed her eyes and Hirsch frowned while he waited for her to speak.
“She is going to kill someone you hold dearly to you.”
He couldn’t help it. He laughed. There was no other person Hirsch held dear to him, all of that had been lost long ago. The man focused on hunting and killing. No wife. No kids. No relationships. So of course he did not believe her, but to touch her hand? Damn it- she was a cop. He wasn’t about to touch her.
He’s here?
Hirsch’s eyes narrowed and he studied Katelyn before speaking, “There is no one I hold dear to me.” The male spoke with no emotion, either, for he had no emotion to show when it came to something he had no experienced for some time.
