Hirsch held the gun at the ready, his eyes narrowing into cold, snake-like slits. Before he could respond to Katelyn, before he could even attempt to attack, the sound of screaming sirens reached him. The man stiffened. He could not be caught here. It wasn't just the recent shooting at the movie theater that bothered him. No, it was all the other charges he had. Three strikes. He was lucky to get three fucking strikes. Hirsch may be able to break out of prison (he had some tricks up his sleeves, after all), but he had no intention of showing up in court, of having himself be made known to all.
"The next time I see you, Shifter, your life will end," Hirsch snarled before turning and darting off, not bothering to return the gun. Why shoudl he? She could get another one, but Hirsch would have to wait until he reached his special store.

"We'll see about that." She said snickering evily.
Katelyn snapped her fingers and her glasses disappeared. She started to run. The Herilys couldn't shoot at her. Even if he did, he would have to get out of there quickly if he didn't want to get caught. Or worse. Have Katelyn turn on him for shooting at her.
Katelyn quickly went into the house, trying to make it there before the Herilys shot at her.
She touched a vase and it restored to its original vase form instead of being broken.
She went through out the house and touched just about everything.
It looked like everything was in store, except for a tiger that would be lying in a bath tub, knocked out cold. That would be the tricky part.

Hirsch did not exit through the house, but jumped over the fence and ran through the yard behind it. Who cared if the people that owned this land got irritated? What eighty year old in his right mind would try to yell at a twenty year old with a gun? Of course, most eighty year olds were not in their right mind to begin with, but did that matter? As soon as Hirsch was about a block away, he turned to look at the house. Police cars had parked before it, their sirens still wailing, lights flashing. Men began to climb out of the cars, some of them with their weapnos drawn.
Hirsch snickered darkly before carrying on down the sidewalk. Hell, maybe he could find another party to chrash. It was exciting after all. Even more exciting if he actually got to sit down and enjoy a drink or two.

Katelyn walked through the front door, to the front yard. She pulled off a white plastic glove she had just put on moments before and held it by the rim and gave it to an officer that was closest. " 'Bout time you got here!" She said to the men and wemon that got out of the black and white cars that had blue and red flashing lights on top of them.
"And how long have you been here, Miss Katelyn?" A man said as he walked up to her. "About five minutes. Nothing inside the house seems to be taken and nothing is broken. No one was inside, but I did find one person in the back yard. We fought for a few minutes. He managed to take my gun." Katelyn said with a look on her face of disgust and anger. She thought of Hirsch and knew she would get her revenge one day.
"Well, if you don't think anything is wrong, I bet your right... Nothing ever is when you say that. I even lost my money on it once if I remember correctly." The man said. He seemed to be the leader of everyone therre. Captain, pherhaps?
Anyway, Katelyn walked down the steps of the front house. "Nothing is wrong, Captain." She said to the man.
All the otheer police put there guns away and got back into the car that they just got out of. "Well then, we'll go ahead and head back to the station. We got a complaint of gun shots. Did he fire at you?" "No. But I fired at him a few times. I didn't manage to hit him though. He was fast, I'll give him that." Katelyn said to him. "He's a lucky lad then." The man laughed. "Anyone who gets spared by you must have a lot of luck." HE said, still laughing as he went back to the drivers side of the car.
"Go ahead and wrap things up here, Miss Kate. I have a special assignment for you when you return to base." The man said still chuckling at the thought of Katelyn missing.
Katelyn heard him say something about her letting the guy escape, but she just smiled and turned back to the house.
She walked up towards Lilly's room, and looked through the whole house. She came to a bathroom and tried to open it. It wouldn't open. She decided to kick it down.
She backed up and slammed one foot agianst te door really hard. The door broke and it oopened for her. She saw Lilly laying, still a tiger, in the bathtub.
