Hirsch cursed beneath his breathe as the ground started to shake, almost as if an earthquake had struck the city. "Might as well," he grunted in reply to Katelyn's question, watching as the monster swung his tail quite a few times at the girl. Damn. Perhaps he should've just gone to a bar, a regular, dirty old bar, and gotten drunk. Then this all could be an illusion, instead of real. He could dream about asissting fucking Shifters and having to murder them later on. And then he could wake up and get drunk again and curse at himself because why the hell would he dream of something like that?
The man took aim once more and, this time, the bullet lodged itself into the monster's...hindquarter, one could say. It turned to face Hirsch, eyes blazing, and Hirsch smirked lightly before pulling out the knife as well. He could use a gun with one hand, wasn't that hard.

KAtelyn let out an evil chuckle from her lips.
"Well, you were going to anyway." She said to him smiling. She looked at him then backed away. she went to the edge of the property and drew a cirlce but the put an X through it.
She sat on her knees and raised her sword above her head. She thrust it downwards into the ground right on the mark. The ground shook more and a crack appeared. It went all the way up to the monster and made it sink into the ground. A line of blue glowing vines went all the way around Lilly's property. It protected anyting that was inside it.
The monster was gone. Lilly would live, but Katelyn still had to fight the Herilys.
Hopefully he was wounded enough so that he wouldn't want to fight, or was just to stuborn that he wouldn't want to fight. Katelyn laughed at the idea of actually meeting another stuborn Herilys.

The ground began to shake more and a crack traveled towards the monster. Hirsch stepped back as the beast looked down at the ground before...disappearing, in a sense. Glowing blue veins traveled through Lily's property and he looked back at Katelyn, a light snarl on his face. She abrutly laughed and anger flashed in the male's eyes for a minute. "Shut it," he hissed, eyeing the ground for a moment, lips moving quickly, though his words were in audible to anyone but himself.
He did not have many wounds- only a few from the tiger, before he had stabbed her. Hirsch remembered this with a twisted smile, his eyes glowing with pleasure at the memory. Snap out of it!
Hirsch shook his head before turning back to Katelyn once more, "Do you plan on sitting there for the rest of the night?" he snapped.

Katelyn began to chuckle. "I wasn't planning on it, but if you wish, I guess I could." Her smile continued to play along her lips.
Or would you rather have the glory of killing another person? Just imagine the fame you would have among the Herilys." KAtelyn said as she made a big imaginary banner with her hands.
"I do have one question though." She said to him still smiling evily.

Hirsch snorted. Fame and fortune. Sex, woman. The dreams of another man. Oh, yes, any other man dreams of those things. If they deny it, they are simply lying. That is how the world works- how it has worked for countless generations and it isn't going to just up and away because of sex addiction groups. Besides, Hirsch didn't interact with people. He did his job- it wasn't technically murder. After all, Shifters were animals, and the majority of man kind did not call slaughtering a chicken murder. Granted, there were freaks like those PETA members, but they didn't count.
"Fame does not nesscarily matter to me. What matters is getting scum like you off of this wonderful planet," he did not bother to hide his sarcasm when he spoke about how lovely the planet was- it was really far from lovely.
One question, eh? Hirsch remained silent, his expression cold.
