The new/strange girl

The smell of unfimiliar horses, the sound of the tires crunching on the dirt road excited Aphrodite. Nyx had ,had Aphrodite since she was 13. They had an instant conection the second they laid eyes on each other. Nyx gave Aphrodite the best of the best. Nyx got out of the Limo her choufer was driving, she doesnt like getting her Mercedees Benz dirty. the sound of the dirt crunching against the sound of her high heeled shoes souned so familiar she hadnt hear that sound in awhile.She got in the drivers section of the horse trailer she went into the built in closet that her dad put in just for her. she looked around and saw a white tanktop and a pair of black daisy dukes. she put them on ,then put on her riding boots she got out of the drivers section of the trailer grabbed Aphrodite's riding material. the saddle a jumping saddle mad specifically for Nyx. Nyx took the riding Equipment to Nyx's new stall set it down and went back to the trailer to get Aphrodite. Nyx put a diamond outlined bridle on Aphrodite and jumped on top of her. then said "go to the tack room Aphrodite". She looked at the stable hands smiled as she Aphrodite took her to the tack room and said "heyy" her voice was in a flirtationus sound as Aphrodite took her to tack room she got off Aphrodite was used to loud noises and when the Nyx's boots hit the concrete Aphrodite didnt flinch. the diamon lined bridle glittered in the sunlight. Nyx put a Loius Vitton Horse blanket on her white back. then said "Aphrodite stay Niegh if any one comes" Aphrodite nodded. "i love you girl" Nyx said lovingly and kissed Aphrodites the black cresent moon on her forhead. the nwalked off towards the Aphrodites stall she looked up above the door entrance it was perfecct it was crystal linde and in beautiful pink cursive letters it said "Aphrodite" Nyx smiled as she said "everything is perfect." Nyx walked in the Stall and grabbed Aphrodites black riding saddle it said "Aphrodite" in light blue letters he same writing as the door frame. Nyx grabbed it and the bridle and headed back to the tack room to put it on Aphrodite. the sound of her boots stepping on the concrete made Aphrodite happy and excited. Aphrodite joyfull nieghing made Nyx walk faster. once all the equipment was on Aphrodite. Nyx hopped on Aphrodite and smiled then headed to the ring. she set up some jumps some 6 foor high jumps some water jumps and some small simple jumps ofr warm ups the nthey would got out on the natural course and go running. Nyx whistled as Aphrodite walked around her steps and the beat in Nyx's head were the exact same after about 3 times around she whistled again signaling Aphrodite to go into a trot. about 2 times of that she whistled softly and took Aphrodite into a canter. When Aphrodte was in a canter for about 5 minuetes she took her around the arena on more time then took her over the first jump counting the seconds they were in the air. Nyx's blonde hair flowing in the wind. it felt like they were flying . Aphrodite was beautiful when jumping. Her eyes blue as the sky her white as snow mane flowed in the air like the long grass on the open plains of the prarie. the way Aphrodite jumped with Nyx on her back changed the way she jumped with out Nyx on her back . Aphrodite looked like a Pegasus flying in the wind.

Katelyn saw another person in the jumping ring and decided to take a look. She recognised the gil that was on the horse jumping.

She leaned, with her arms crossed, on the fence.

"You know... I know a real shifter that shifts into a pegasus..." She laughed and said to the other girl that was in the ring now. That had been the same girl Katelyn saw at school.
Katelyn was still wearing her high tech glasses she made with her short light jeans and her white blouse and her black ridding boots.

"If you wanna meet her I can set it up.." She laughed. "Do you remember me? I'm Katelyn... we met not long ago... just an hour ago..." She smiled taking off her high tech sun glasses.

Katelyn put heer leg up on the rail of the fence and hopped over it swingning one leg over the top then jumping down to the bottom on the ground.

"Aphrodite halt." Nyx said as Aphrotdite stopped immediatly then said said "you really know a shifter who shifts into a pegasus?" she stood there smiling and yes i do remember you katelyn she said takinig off her helmet and brush out her long blonde hair. she smiled as she walked back towards Aphrodite and said " Aphrodite come." Aphrodite raised her head and trotted towards Nyx. Her blonde hair flowing back as she cut through the air walking toward Katelyn. She continued to smiles as she saw a slgith light blue tint come through her bangs. her Mark it was glowing. when ever it glowed it meant the bond between Aphrodite and Nyx had increased it also meant Aphrodite was getting stornger. she smiled as she went back to Aphrodite and grabbed her righns and walked her over to herself and katelyn Nyx handed Aphrodite a couple carrots and a few pieces of apples all grown on her family's plantaion in the Northern part of the country.

"Yep, her name's Rachel. She's one of few I actually trust..." Katelyn laughed. "How we met was a long story never to be told again" Katelyn said still alughing, remembering that night. "Any way... Wanna see me running horse? I have three horses staying here. One for jumping, one for running, and one that is learning how to do water sports.... He is such a knuckle head." Katelyn laughed again thinking of Jasper.

"Would you like to meet both my horses and the pegasus that I know?"

She asked the girl heading towards her ring that she used to train and warm up her horses with. Katelyn was very good with horses and loved to come here after school and teach classes, almost everyone knew her.

"sure of course i would like to see your horses." she smiled but then it ihit her she had CEA practice in a few hours . "but i have to hurry i have CEA practice in like 2 hours and i have to be ready. i have a compition in a few weeks" she smiles she had been doing CEA since she wwas 4 when they are allowed to start tinys. she loved doing it the fun the exitment of the compition and trying to do your best but at this compition was a college university scout looking for talent and hopefully she would be ready. she smiled and then turned around to Aphrodite there ccresent moons both glowed there bond grew stronger avery time they felt a connection. she smiled and kissed the cresent moon on Aphrodites haed then aphrodite touched her nose to Nyx's cresent moon. Aphrodite nieghed joyfully. then they waited for Katelyn to show them her horses.
